This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between you ("Customer") and AlienShipper Inc. ("AlienShipper") and governs the processing of personal data by AlienShipper on behalf of Customer in connection with the shipping services.
This DPA ensures compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other international privacy regulations.

Any operation performed on Personal Data

Processing of Personal Data
AlienShipper processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing shipping services and will:

- •Assist Customer in responding to data subject requests

AlienShipper maintains comprehensive security measures including:
Data encrypted in transit and at rest
Regular security assessments
Multi-factor authentication
24/7 incident response procedures
Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for:
- • Providing shipping services
- • Complying with legal obligations
- • Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements
Data is securely deleted when no longer required.
